day twenty-three--FAITH--Lord, help my family to fight the good fight of faith, taking hold of the eternal life to which they were called. I Tim. 6:12

day twenty-four--A SERVANT'S HEART--God, help my family develop servants' hearts, that they may serve whole heartedly. Eph. 6:7

day twenty-one--RESPONSIBILITY--Lord, grant that my family would learn to be responsible, for each one should carry his own load. Gal. 6:5

day twenty--COMPASSION--Holy Father, I pray that You would clothe my family with the virtue of compassion. Col. 3:12

day nineteen--HUMILITY--God, please cultivate in my family the ability to show true humility toward all. Titus 3:2

day eighteen--PERSEVERANCE--Lord, teach my family to persevere in all they do, and help them to run with perseverance the race that is set before them. Heb. 12:1

day seventeen--JOY--Heavenly Father, grant that my family would be filled with the joy given by the Holy Spirit. I Thess. 1:6

day sixteen--PEACE LOVING--Father God, help my family make every effort to do what leads to peace. Rs. 14:19

day fifteen--GENEROSITY--Lord, I pray my family would be rich in good deeds, generous and willing to share. I Tim. 6:18

day fourteen--KINDNESS--Father, I pray that my family would be kind to each other and to others. I Thess. 5:15

This one is no joke! Why is it so hard to be kind sometimes?

day thirteen--PURITY--Create in my family pure hearts, O God, and let that purity of heart be shown in their lives. Ps. 51:10

day twelve--COURAGE--Jesus, may my family always be strong and courageous in their character and their actions. Deut. 31:6

day eleven--FAITHFULNESS--"Let faithfulness never leave my children, but bind this virtue around their necks." Prov. 3:3

day ten--SELF-ESTEEM--God, help my family to develop a strong self-esteem, grounded in the realization that they are YOUR workmanship. Eph. 2:10

day nine--RESPECT--Lord, help my family to show respect to all people as your Word commands. I Peter 2:17

day eight--Mercy--Jesus, may my family be filled with mercy and compassion as you are Lord. Js. 5:11

Been praying over this one specifically for myself today. So easy to be quick to point out the wrong and so difficult to give mercy in place of anger.

day 7--JUSTICE--Jesus, help my family to love justice as You do and to act justly in all they do. Ps. 11:7/Micah 6:8

day six--LOVE FOR GOD'S WORD-- Father, may my family regard and love YOUR Word as more precious than gold and sweeter than honey. Ps. 19:10

Day 5--SELF-CONTROL-- Jesus, help my family to be self-controlled in all they do. I Thess. 5:6.
